What is Phorage? It is the culmination of 3 different hospitality professionals with over 30 years combined experience who joined forces to build a modern vietnamese concept that can provide quality food made with exceptional products.
Meet the Chef & Co-Founder
Chef Perry is a Los Angelino by way of San Francisco by way of Brooklyn and has brought along all the experiences of his incredible culinary path into the birth of his neighborhood friendly take on modern Vietnamese cuisine.
His attention to ingredients and technique are apparent in the food and his mantra of minimalist simplicity translates well with the bold flavors of the well composed menu. If you see Chef Perry at the restaurant feel free to chat with him he’s got a ton of stories and if you’re a chef that needs some guidance he’s always willing to lend an open ear!
